When will my order be processed?
We want to make sure you get your items as quickly as possible. When ordering please make sure you select the correct model and color.
Orders will be processed within 0-2 business days of ordering and be shipped the next day after the processing day. Modifications or cancellations cannot be made once the order is shipped out.

Shipping Methods:
We source our inventory from various locations in the USA, Europe, and Asia. To maintain affordability, freshness, and up-to-date stock, we operate a central logistics center in Asia. Depending on your location, please allow 1 to 3 weeks for domestic shipping and up to 3 to 4 weeks for international orders.
Tracking Information:
Due to our collaboration with overseas shipping centers, it may take 4 to 7 days after receiving your shipping confirmation email for the tracking number to be updated online. Rest assured, your order has been dispatched, and tracking details will be provided.
Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages:
We are not liable for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. In case of carrier issues, please contact your local carrier directly for assistance.
Orders with Incorrect Address:
Please ensure you provide the correct shipping address during checkout. Once an order is submitted, it cannot be changed. Any packages returned due to incorrect address details will be reshipped at the buyer's expense.
